Michelle P. Colee

Michelle Pamies Colee was selected as the Executive Director of Wildflower Healthcare in May 2021, after serving on the staff as Volunteer Coordinator previously.

Michelle was born and raised in St Augustine, Florida, working with nonprofits for more than 30 in management positions in 18 Counties in North Florida.  She has always been active in the Girl Scout community, earning the Thanks Badge II award which is the highest award given to adults.  Actually, Michelle has worked in Girl Scouts, Behavioral Healthcare and Hospice for most of her career.  She has successfully built and rebuilt volunteer cores in numerous counties including St Johns with successful recruitment results.  

Michelle has been married to her husband Francis for over 35 years and has 5 children that range from ages 35 to 8, and three grandchildren.  She most enjoys spending time with her growing family, fishing, camping, golfing, and everything Disney.
