Mobile Medical Clinics are offered weekly in areas around St Johns County. With the help of the Flagler Health Plus - Mobile Bus, Wildflower Healthcare is able to bring our medical team to you! Currently, opportunities are available in Hastings, Family Worship Center, Dining with Dignity, and St Francis House.

We offer a Smoking Cessation program In conjunction with the Florida Area Health Education Center (AHEC). Interested individuals should make an appointment to complete the Referral Form and follow the return instructions provided on the form.
