FAFCC Conference

Last November, much of the Wildflower staff was able to attend the annual conference of the Florida Association of Free & Charitable Clinics since it took place nearby in Palm Coast, FL.

Presenters talked about mental health issues, legislative topics, trauma-informed care and more. We were able to split up and attend every breakout session, learning about grants and funding opportunities, social media tactics, self-care, clinical trials, peer review, civic engagement, and ideas for dental programs.

The FAFCC provides a great deal of support throughout the year, and Wildflower was very happy to be able to participate so fully in this valuable conference. There were wonderful opportunities for networking and sharing of ideas and best practices. We're already looking forward to the next conference!
