Dental Department News

Wildflower's Dental Department has been busier than ever! Other dental clinics in St. Johns County that assist with our patient dynamic have either closed or have ongoing extensive waitlists. As a result, our patient load continues to rise.

Our staff and volunteer dentists see patients each week for exams, various procedures, and dentures. Dentures are the only aesthetic dental procedure we can offer at this time. The rest of the treatments are offered to alleviate pain and eliminate problems, like dental extractions and fillings. Our dental hygienists monitor the health and cleanliness of our patients' teeth.

Our main objective in dental treatment is to ensure that our patients are not suffering from preventable dental pain, have a healthy mouth, and are able to eat solid foods in a comfortable manner. This is a life changing experience for many that we are thrilled to be able to offer our patients--the ability to smile!
