Now offering Hearing Screenings

Wildflower Healthcare has partnered with First Coast Hearing Clinic, Inc. to offer hearing testing and hearing aid assistance to eligible patients.

Patients must meet eligibility criteria and must be seen by a Wildflower Healthcare provider first. Then a referral will be made to First Coast Hearing Clinic for a screening.

Doctor of Audiology Ashley Mitchell, owner of First Coast Hearing Clinic, Inc., and her associate, audiologist Brandi Loomis, will conduct free hearing testing for Wildflower Healthcare patients at their St. Augustine facility at 1835 US 1, Suite 121. If eligible, First Coast Hearing Clinic will work with patients to obtain free or low-cost hearing aids.

“We are very excited to be able to add this care to our other services, which include primary care, dental, specialty clinics such as mental health and women’s health, and vision screenings,” states Executive Director Michelle Colee. “The hearing clinic was sadly lacking until now. Our partnership with Ashley and First Coast Hearing is going to be life changing for our patients who need help, and we are extremely grateful for their support!”

To see if they are eligible for services and to schedule an appointment, patients should call Wildflower Healthcare at 904-829-1962.
